Hiring: Senior DSP Architect

We are looking for a Senior DSP Architect to lead the architecture and development of advanced DSP algorithms and signal-processing architectures for next-generation high-speed automotive transceivers and PHY/mixed-signal SoCs .
🔹 What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in DSP architecture and algorithm design
- Strong expertise in high-speed DSP
- Experience architecting DSP algorithms—not just implementing DSP blocks
- Strong understanding of DSP theory, algorithms, and signal-processing architectures
- Experience with high-speed Ethernet PHY / Ethernet transceivers is highly preferred
- Experience with MATLAB, Simulink and C++
- Commercial semiconductor product development experience
- ASIC/VLSI architecture and implementation knowledge
- Experience across multiple ASIC design/NPI cycles
- Python scripting/automation experience
- Automotive safety / ISO 26262 knowledge is a plus
