DSP Weekends 8a-10p

Part-Time opening for Direct Support Professionals (DSP) at one of our homes in New Brighton. The position hours are 8a-10p Saturday and Sundays, working with 1 female & 1 male in a group home setting.

The role of a DSP involves coming along side persons with disabilities to provide aide and opportunities that may be difficult for them to do independently.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Taking client out into the community

• Implementing program goals

• Assisting clients with personal cares such as toileting or showering

• Cleaning

• Documenting throughout shift.

• Starting Base Rate includes a +$4.00 weekend pay differential

• A Valid Driver's License

• Dependable Vehicle

• Good Driving Record

• Car Insurance in Employee's Name

• At Least 19 Years Old

• Be comfortable performing personal cares when needed

• Be confident in working with behaviors. (if needed)
