DSP/CNA

Join our team as a Direct Support Professional (DSP)/Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and make a meaningful difference in the lives of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In this role, you will provide hands-on support while helping individuals live more independent, fulfilling lives in their homes and communities.

As a DSP/CNA, you will assist with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, mobility, and community engagement. Beyond daily support, you will build genuine connections, encourage personal growth, and help individuals achieve their goals. You will also serve as an advocate, ensuring each person’s voice is heard and their needs are met through collaboration with families and care teams.-time

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• CNA certification preferred
• Experience in direct care, home health, or IDD services preferred

Compensation

• $19.00 – $26.00 per hour
• Health insurance for full-time employees
