About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide deskside and end-user IT support at a client location in Visp, Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities

Provide deskside and face-to-face IT support to end users.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, desktop, laptop, and printer issues.

Support Windows and macOS environments.

Install, configure, deploy, and reimage computers.

Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow or similar tools.

Support Active Directory, user accounts, password resets, and video conferencing.

Assist with IT asset management and hardware replacements.

Follow IT security procedures and service-level requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

3–5 years of experience in Desktop, Deskside, or IT Support.

At least 3 years of face-to-face support experience.

3+ years of experience supporting both Windows and macOS.

Knowledge of Active Directory, SCCM, JAMF, or similar tools.

Understanding of networking fundamentals, including VLAN, DHCP, and DNS.

Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.

Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Language Requirements

French – fluent

German – fluent

English – business proficiency

Additional Requirements

Availability to start as soon as possible.

Willingness to work on-site in Visp, Switzerland.

Eligibility to work in Switzerland under the applicable work authorization requirements.
