DSS Senior Case Worker

United Veterans Beacon House (UVBH) is seeking a DSS Senior Case Worker to supervise Case Workers to ensure quality services and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or a minimum of one (1) year of relevant supervisory experience.
• At least two (2) years of case management experience, preferably within a residential or homeless services setting.
• Experience in a residential programs serving individuals experiencing homelessness or with substance use and mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide coverage across shelter sites to address Case Worker staffing needs, including absences and vacancies.
• Coordinate and monitor DSS driver schedules to ensure efficient client transportation services.
• Support Program Manager in completing required daily and monthly reporting.
• Lead the onboarding, training, and ongoing development of Case Management staff.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule with program leadership.
