Our commercial team runs the channel from London; the systems it runs on, from storefront to ERP, are built and operated in Shenzhen with our technology partner. As DTC scales, delivery between the two has to move at the speed of the roadmap. That is the next chapter and this role owns it. What You'll Do 1- Own the DTC development pipeline with our technology partner end to end: intake, prioritisation, sprint cadence and ship dates against the roadmap. 2- Run delivery of the DTC roadmap in Jira, giving the London team real-time visibility of capacity, progress and delivery against plan. 3- Lead key cross-functional projects from brief to launch, pulling in design, operations, GTM and engineering as the work demands. 4- Deliver go-to-market projects for launches on the DTC channel, using the agile methodology the project actually needs. 5- Escalate operational issues across payments, ERP/OMS and storefront to the right owner, and chase them through to resolution. 6- Set the ways of working: SLAs, documentation, delivery reporting, and the operating rhythm between London and Shenzhen. What We're Looking For 1- 5-10 years in project or programme management across consumer tech, with a proven delivery track record in a DTC environment. 2- A strong understanding of the technical requirements of an ecommerce business, with hands-on exposure to Shopify or a headless commerce stack. 3- Experience delivering successful go-to-market projects with the appropriate agile methodology. 4- Fluency in Jira or an equivalent delivery system. 5- Experience managing partner or outsourced engineering teams, including SLAs and delivery governance. 6- Fluent Mandarin and English; both are daily working languages in this role. 7- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills: you lead group discussions and make complex solutions simple. 8- You've worked somewhere the playbook didn't exist yet and you built it; you manage competing priorities to tight deadlines and stay comfortable in ambiguity.
