DTC Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven DTC Manager to oversee and grow our Direct-to-Consumer eCommerce business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our online storefront, improving customer experience, driving revenue growth, and optimizing website performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the DTC website, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and merchandising.
• Develop strategies to increase online sales, conversion rates, and average order value.
• Optimize website performance, customer journeys, and checkout experiences.
• Collaborate with marketing teams on paid advertising, email marketing, SMS campaigns, and customer retention initiatives.
• Monitor sales performance, website analytics, and key business metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate product launches, promotional campaigns, inventory availability, and order fulfillment.
• Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity to improve business performance.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in eCommerce, DTC management, or online retail.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization, digital marketing, and customer retention strategies.
• Proficiency in eCommerce analytics and performance metrics.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive business growth in a fast-paced environment.
