DTF Printer Operator

Atlanta Vinyl is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented DTF Printer Operator to join our growing team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for operating our Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing equipment to produce high-quality custom apparel and merchandise. Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain DTF printing machines, including loading film, managing ink systems, and cleaning printheads

• Prepare and process artwork files for printing using RIP software

• Apply hot-melt adhesive powder to printed films and cure using oven/shaker equipment

• Perform routine equipment maintenance including printhead cleaning, ink circulation, and encoder strip cleaning

• Monitor and ensure print quality, color accuracy, and consistency throughout production runs

• Manage and track inventory of DTF film, inks, adhesive powder, and other supplies

• Assist with order fulfillment and production scheduling as needed

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience in DTF, DTG, sublimation, or screen printing is a strong plus

• Familiarity with graphic design or print preparation software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar)

• Experience with RIP software a plus

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

• Able to pass a standardized color blindness test

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday

• Day shift
