As we build our US operations in Houston, Texas, we are looking for a reliable and hands-on Production Associate to support our textile printing processes and ensure smooth daily operations.

Position Overview

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company from the ground up. You will play a key role in our production team, helping to ensure high-quality textile prints, efficient workflows, and timely order fulfillment. Your work will directly contribute to the success of our expansion in the US.

Start Date: Nov 1, 2026

Responsibilities

• Operate and support textile printing machines
• Prepare garments and materials for printing
• Ensure print quality and consistency across all products
• Pack and prepare orders for shipping
• Maintain a clean and organized production workspace
• Support inventory management and stock organization
• Follow production guidelines and quality standards
• Collaborate closely with the team to ensure efficient workflows

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and work with DTF textile printing machines
• Careful and attentive when handling products
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible for assigned tasks
• Able to work in a busy, fast-moving production environment
• Enjoys working in a team and helping others
• Basic English skills to understand instructions
