DTO AI Engineer

Overview Of The Position This position is responsible for the daily operations, maintenance, and functional development of the group's internal systems, including database architecture design, system integration, and RPA automation, to support business needs analysis, system optimization and upgrades, and the execution of digital transformation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily operation and maintenance and backend management of the group's internal systems (human resources and other systems);
• Cooperate with the company's relevant policies and processes, write programs, develop and expand system functions to meet the needs of the group's evolving organizational structure;
• Develop and implement backend databases for front-end business logic (Oracle database operation is preferred);
• Be responsible for collecting integration requirements (interfaces, etc.) between various systems within the enterprise, and execute and implement integration plans;
• Evaluate existing systems and business needs, and provide timely suggestions for system upgrades, expansions, and improvements;
• Configure the group's digital transformation policy, perform data automation processing (RPA) to reduce manual operations and improve work efficiency;
• Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Professional working proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
• Proven experience in enterprise system operations and maintenance (O&M). Proficiency in Python is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of data security principles and a strict commitment to maintaining corporate confidentiality.
