DTP Operator

Key Responsibilities

· Data Input: Transcribe text and numbers from paper documents, invoices, or digital files into computer systems.

· Exam Papers Typing: Prepare the all Exam Question papers typing and make it ready in advance (English, Telugu and Hindi)

· Data Verification: Check records against source documents to find and fix errors, duplicates, or missing details.

· File Organization: Sort and file physical and electronic records so team members can find them quickly.

· Data Security: Follow privacy rules and perform routine system backups to prevent data loss.

· Report Generation: Create basic summaries, lists, or reports from stored data

· ID Cards: Prepare the Students and Employee Id Cards

· Document Layout: Design page layouts, adjust column widths, spacing, and align text and images using guidelines.

· Typesetting & Formatting: Edit and format raw text, select appropriate fonts, and manage styling consistency.

· Graphic & Image Editing: Crop, resize, color-correct, and manipulate photos, illustrations, or charts.

· Proofreading & Correction: Check final drafts for typos, alignment flaws, or visual errors before printing or publishing.

· File Preparation: Convert files into various formats (PDF, ePub, high-res print packages) and deliver ready assets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
