DTP Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Question Paper & Exam Formatting: Type, format, and align question papers, checking fonts, margins, numbering, marks, tables, graphs, and mathematical/science equations. [1]
• Academic & Teaching Materials: Design and layout student worksheets, homework assignments, study guides, and syllabus booklets. [1]
• School Communications: Create and format circulars, parent notices, event brochures, school newsletters, and invitation cards. [1]
• Proofreading & Corrections: Review content for spelling, grammar, and layout consistency based on inputs from teachers and department heads. [1]
• Print & File Management: Handle Word-to-PDF conversions, print production, scanning, and maintain organized digital archives of all school documents. [1]
• Confidentiality: Maintain strict secrecy regarding examination papers and sensitive institutional data

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
