Dual Assistant General Manager

Job Overview

The Dual Assistant General Manager helps lead daily operations, keeping guest service, team performance, and financial operations on track. You’ll work closely with hotel leaders to coordinate front desk and guest services, support revenue management, and maintain consistent hotel guest service standards. Your impact: By aligning teams and operations across both Brands, you help guests receive reliable service and employees work with clear direction.

Duties

• Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk coverage, guest relations, and night audit processes.
• Supervise and manage hospitality teams; communicate priorities, coach employees, and support human resources activities.
• Monitor budgets, financial management, and revenue performance; help manage hospitality operations budgets and identify operational needs.
• Use property management systems (PEP), hospitality reservation systems, and multi-line phone systems to support accurate reservations and responsive service.
• Resolve guest concerns with strong customer service, guest services, and phone etiquette while upholding hotel standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel management, hospitality management, or hotel operations, with supervising and team management experience.
• Knowledge of hospitality, financial operations, budgeting, and revenue management.
• Strong leadership, managerial communication, and guest service skills; able to manage hospitality teams across multiple properties.
• Experience with property management systems, reservation systems, front desk operations, and night audit preferred.
• Bilingual or multilingual ability is a plus.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
