Dual Modality MRI/CT Technologist

Dual-Modality MRI & CT Technologist | Contract-Hire | Full-Time | Newnan, GA ExecuSource is partnering with an established outpatient physician group south of Atlanta to add a full-time contract-hire technologist who can scan on both MRI and CT.

Pay & Schedule

• $40-$42 per hour, paid weekly
• Contract-hire, full-time
• Monday-Friday, five 8-hour shifts, with a start time between 7:30 and 7:45 AM
• MRI scanning daily, with CT scheduled on specific days of the week
• Both modalities run on United Imaging scanners
• Must be open to floating to other offices as needed

What You'll Do

• Perform MRI and CT exams on patients of all ages, from children to seniors
• Check orders, confirm the clinical reason for each study, and complete safety screening before MRI scans
• Prepare patients, explain what to expect, and position them with the right coils and supports
• Adjust protocols between sequences, run the exam, and send completed studies to PACS
• Handle routine upkeep of the scanner and escalate larger problems to the lead technologist
• Follow all safety and department procedures
• Keep patients comfortable and the department running smoothly

What You Bring

• Graduate of an accredited radiography program
• ARRT registered, with MR and CT credentials
• At least 1 year of diagnostic radiology experience
• Current CPR certification
• A calm, professional, patient-first approach
• Flexibility to float between locations
