Job Title: Ducting & Insulation Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Ducting & Insulation Supervisor to supervise and coordinate HVAC ducting and insulation works at the project site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily ducting and insulation installation activities.
• Manage and coordinate workers at the site.
• Ensure installation is carried out as per drawings and project specifications.
• Monitor work quality, productivity, and daily progress.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and other MEP teams.
• Check materials, tools, and equipment required for the work.
• Ensure proper installation of HVAC ducts, supports, insulation, and fittings.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure workers use required PPE.
• Resolve site-level issues and maintain smooth workflow.
• Prepare daily work progress reports.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in HVAC ducting and insulation works.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
• Good knowledge of ducting, insulation materials, and installation methods.
• Ability to manage a team and coordinate with site personnel.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
