Dump Truck Driver

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and safety-conscious Dump Truck Driver to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating dump trucks and other heavy-duty vehicles to transport materials efficiently across various job sites and routes. Your expertise in commercial truck driving, adherence to safety regulations, and ability to handle diverse cargo will ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries. Duties

• Operate dump trucks
• Load and unload materials such as gravel, debris.
• Navigate using GPS systems to ensure accurate delivery routes and timely arrivals at designated locations
• Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles to identify maintenance needs or safety issues before departure

Requirements

• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record suitable for heavy-duty vehicle operation
• Proven experience in commercial truck driving, including delivery driving and route driving in various environments
• Knowledge of FMCSA regulations, hazard materials regulations, DOT compliance, and safety protocols for truck loading/unloading and manual handling
• Ability to operate automatic transmission trucks confidently and efficiently
• Experience with dump trucks
• Familiarity with GPS navigation systems for route planning and execution
• Strong understanding of truck loading/unloading procedures involving dumping materials

Pay: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour
