Dump Truck Driver

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Tri-Axle Dump Truck Driver to join our team.

We are locally owned and operated, and strive for a friendly and productive work environment with team members that take pride in their work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting materials to and from job sites, ensuring safe and efficient delivery while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. We provide a variety of services through our various companies and welcome employees to learn other skills if they have an interest

Pay is percentage based while hauling. The more efficient you are, the more you earn.

Duties

• Safely operate a dump truck to transport materials such as gravel, sand, and asphalt to designated locations.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving on public roads.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and site managers regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the truck both inside and out, performing routine maintenance checks as necessary.

Experience

• Proven experience in truck driving, particularly with dump trucks or similar vehicles.
• Familiarity with manual transmission operation is essential.
• Experience tailgate spreading stone is a plus.

Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
