**Qualifications**

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Dunkin' experience is a plus, but not required
• 1–3 years of restaurant or retail supervisory/management experience
• Experience training, coaching, and scheduling a team
• Strong communicator with a people-first mindset
• Solid problem-solving skills and good business judgment
• Guest-focused with strong time-management skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Legal to work in the United States

**What You'll Do**

• Oversee daily operations for the restaurant, opening/closing and running shifts
• Train, coach, and develop crew members and shift leaders to deliver great guest experiences
• Build and manage staff schedules to ensure proper shift coverage
• Monitor restaurant standards, cleanliness, and food safety compliance
• Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to control food cost
• Support hiring and onboarding of new team members
• Handle guest concerns and ensure a consistently positive guest experience
• Assist with cash handling, deposits, and basic reporting
• Help execute marketing and promotional initiatives at the store level
