2-3 years proven experience as a virtual assistant or administrative assistant. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks. Proficiency in digital communication tools and office software, including Microsoft - preference for prior CRM experience. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to new tasks. Attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Core responsibilities:

Manage emails, calendars, and appointments efficiently. Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required. Serve as a point of contact for clients and stakeholders. Draft and proofread emails, memos, and other communications. Conduct research and gather information to support projects and tasks. Organize tasks, deadlines, and deliverables, coordinating project logistics and maintaining digital files. Record emails and information where appropriate (on Onedrive and Sharepoint) Record billing times and information on Actionstep.
