Key Responsibilities

• Manage automotive recall cases efficiently, ensuring vehicle safety updates and owner communication.
• Provide end-to-end case management support for Dutch and English-speaking vehicle owners.
• Coordinate appointment scheduling and logistics between vehicle owners and local dealerships.
• Deliver empathetic, clear, and action-oriented assistance to address safety concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate case logs and update tracking systems in real-time.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Fluent or native proficiency in Dutch + Strong working command of English.
• Must be a local resident of Greater Lisbon, Portugal.
• Prior experience in customer care, recall support, or complex case handling.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and calm, reassuring phone presence.
• Availability for fixed daytime schedule (Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00).
