Important:

During the first 3 months, work is fully office-based. After this period, working from home may be possible depending on performance and results. However, remote work is not guaranteed, and employees may be required to continue working from the office if performance expectations are not met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Always maintain a high level of professionalism
• Provide timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries via voice, chat, and email , ensuring accurate and appropriate information
• Demonstrate diplomacy and professionalism when handling escalated cases

Job Requirements:

• Fluency in both Dutch and English
• Completed high school diploma
• Full-time availability

• Willing to work on-site and on rotational shifts
