Dutch Speaker Customer Advisors

We are currently looking for Dutch and English Speaker Customer Advisors!

At Intelcia Portugal we have the job for you!

Your mission:

• With the tools acquired during our initial training, you will be in charge of Handling customer requests by answering incoming calls.

• Answer to customer requests in an effective and timely way, ensuring a high-quality service is provided.

• Providing product and tool support to improve customers’ experience.

• Administrative tasks: documentation management and database updating.

Your profile:

• Native or fluent Dutch- eliminatory;

• Good command in English - eliminatory;

• Live in portugal - eliminatory;

• Computer literacy (easily browse different software programs in parallel);

• Previous experience in customer service is a plus;

• Excellent communication skills (you are comfortable communicating with customers using several channels);

• Ability to multi-task by working independently, while being a team player.
