Dutch-Speaking Customer Advisor

Fluent Dutch speaker living in Germany, or ready to move here? Work fully remote as a Customer Advisor for an international e-commerce company and help small businesses around the world grow through personal marketing and design advice.

About the role

Our client is a marketing and design partner for small businesses worldwide. They help them stand out from the competition. As a Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor you do more than answer questions. You build relationships with customers, get to know what they need, and give them personal marketing and design advice that helps their business grow.

You’ll support customers by phone, email and live chat. You own each case from start to finish and make sure customers get personal, high-quality solutions.

What we’re looking for

• C2 level Dutch and English at B1/B2 level
• Based in Germany, or willing to relocate to Germany
• Strong communication skills and a passion for customer contact
• Comfortable on the phone and enjoy building long-term customer relationships
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset and eagerness to learn
• Interest in marketing and design. Experience is a plus, but you’ll learn everything on the job
