Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Agent

Location: On-site – Thessaloniki, Greece

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, focusing on after-sales support.
• Assist with order status, product information, invoicing, and complaints.
• Use internal tools to provide accurate and timely solutions.
• Resolve escalated issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate in training and development opportunities, with potential career paths in mentoring, training, or Quality Assurance.

Requirements

• Native-level or C2 proficiency in Dutch.
• B2-level English for training purposes.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with software tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
• No previous experience required; sales or customer-facing experience is a plus.

Working Schedule

• Monday to Friday, including occasional weekends.
• Rotational shifts between 07:00 and 23:00.
• On-site position in Thessaloniki, Greece.
