Dutch-Speaking IT Support

Our leading IT provider partner company is building a new team for their project and they are looking for Dutch speaking Level 1 IT Support Specialist candidates with hybrid working option in Budapest.

Main responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for the customers
• End user and digital experience monitoring, tracking
• Support the customers using your outstanding language skills
• Handle the incoming phone calls, emails or requests in chat
• Contribute to maintaining and increasing the customer satisfaction level

Requirements:

• High school diploma or university degree
• Fluency in Dutch and English
• Experience in IT support (1st level or similar)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
