Position: Dutch Transcription Expert

Type: Contract

Compensation: $25 - $30/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

• Transcribe audio samples from Dutch and English into accurate, high-quality written text with correct grammar, punctuation, and context.
• Review, proofread, and edit transcriptions to ensure consistency and adherence to project guidelines.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to clarify ambiguous content and align on transcription standards.
• Assist in annotating transcriptions for specific linguistic features required for AI model training.
• Follow detailed instructions to accurately capture nuances, dialects, and speaker intent in transcriptions.
• Provide constructive feedback to enhance transcription quality and workflow processes.

Requirements

• Native-level fluency in Dutch, with exceptional command of Dutch grammar and usage.
• Professional experience in audio transcription, ideally with proven work on Dutch language samples.
• Familiarity with English audio transcription is a plus.
• Keen attention to detail, with an ability to capture subtle linguistic and contextual cues.
• Experience contributing to AI training, natural language processing, or data annotation projects is beneficial.
