Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily engineering operations and maintenance activities
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of hotel systems and facilities
• Lead engineering staff during assigned shifts
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs and emergency response
• Ensure compliance with statutory and safety requirements

Requirements

• Certificate/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering
• Registered Electrical Worker (Grade A or above)
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in hospitality, commercial buildings, property management or large-scale facilities
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and building systems
• Willing to work on shift roster
