工程部 值班工程師 Duty Engineer

職位敘述

• 協助主管執行各項工程設施之操作、保養及維修作業流程。
• 配合飯店相關工程支援工作，並協助所有工程驗收。
• 協助與承包商的溝通及協調工作。
• 參與工程物品及設備之採購及庫存管理。
• 維護飯店機電設備、強弱電及給排水系統、空調冷凍設備、以及消防系統等各項設施之日常操作。
• 執行檢修維護及相關設備的定期保養工作。
• 確保各項工程系統及設備符合政府規例及安全標準。
• 維持各項系統及設備的能源效率，達到節省能源目標。
• 協助主管準備相關工程報告。
• 處理所有其他相關職務或臨時安排的項目。

求才條件

• 電氣/機械/土木工程學術背景，至少4年以上相關領域工作經驗。工程、商業或相關領域的研究生學位是非常理想的。 2.有在豪華酒店/度假村擔任類似職位的經驗 3.熟練的電腦技能（例如Microsoft Office）
• 具有合法在台工作的身份

The Role

• Assist supervisors in executing operational, maintenance, and repair procedures for various engineering facilities.
• Coordinate with hotel engineering support tasks and assist in all engineering inspections.
• Assist in communication and coordination with contractors.
• Participate in the procurement and inventory management of engineering goods and equipment.
• Maintain the daily operation of hotel MEP systems, electrical and plumbing systems, HVAC and refrigeration equipment, and fire protection systems.
• Perform maintenance and regular servicing of inspection equipment and related facilities.
• Ensure compliance of all engineering systems and equipment with government regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain energy efficiency of all systems and equipment to achieve energy-saving goals.
• Assist supervisors in preparing relevant engineering reports.
• Handle all other related duties or ad hoc assignments.

Talent Profile

• An electrical/mechanical/civil engineering academic background with at least 4+ years of experience in the relevant fields. A post-graduate degree in engineering, business, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Experiences in similar role at luxury hotels/resort
• Competent computing skills (e.g. Microsoft Office)
• Can legally work in Taiwan.
