What they need
Key Responsibilities
Monitor hotel facilities and engineering systems during the shift.
Respond to and troubleshoot maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns.
Conduct regular inspections of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Perform and monitor preventive maintenance activities.
Coordinate with technicians and other departments to address maintenance concerns.
Respond to engineering emergencies and take appropriate action.
Record and endorse maintenance activities and pending issues to the next shift.
Ensure compliance with hotel safety and engineering standards.
Qualifications
Technical/Vocational graduate in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or a related field.
At least 2–3 years of experience in hotel or building engineering.
Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Relevant technical certification or license is an advantage.
Willing to work on shifting schedules.
