Duty Engineer 值班工程師 (設新人獎HK$4,000)

Daily working hours : 9 working hours (including 1 hour meal break)

Location : Performing Arts Venue at West Kowloon

Requirements

• Diploma/Higher Certificate in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Building Service Engineering or equivalent
• At least 8 years of work experience in facilities/ property management, with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in E&M operation and maintenance works
• Registered electrical worker license B0
• Good PC knowledge
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Ability to work independently under pressure with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Assist Engineer in performing assigned duties
• Supervise frontline technical team in delivering technical services
• Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Allocate work requests and ensure service orders are completed on schedule
• Arrange first attendance, minor repairs, routine monitoring, and preventive maintenance
• Conduct routine checks on control equipment and servicing plans
• Oversee maintenance contractors’ performance and ensure timely service delivery
• Provide technical support and advice to resolve building services issues
• Respond to emergencies, typhoon duties, and perform overtime work as required
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
