Duty Manager – Call Centre

Responsibilities:

• To take responsibility in managing the Operations Support Centre (OSC) within the scope of daily car park operations support
• To manage and supervise a team of staff in the OSC and mobile patrol fleet
• To enforce OSC’s operation, customer service and administration procedures
• To prepare Reports in daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc basis
• To handle customer enquiries and complaints
• Working hours:
  ·    Monday to Friday : 8:00 am – 4:30 pm or 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm
  ·    Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays: 12:00 pm – 8:30 pm
  ·    8.5‑hour shifts on a roster basis (5 or 6 days every alternate week including Saturdays, Sundays
  & Public Holidays), working hours may vary based on operational needs.

Requirements:

• Possess tertiary education or professional qualification
• 3-5 years’ supervisory experience in customer service / call centre industry
• Solid supervisory skill, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel with good English and Chinese typing skills
• Holder of valid Hong Kong Driving Licence preferred
