Duty Manager - Cleaning Service

What you’ll do

• Assist the Site Manager in overseeing and managing daily cleaning services
• Conduct routine on-site daily inspections
• Prepare monthly reports and duty rosters
• Handle complaints and incidents promptly
• Manage frontline staff and provide professional cleaning knowledge and solutions
• Plan and follow up on all ad-hoc cleaning operations

Key qualifications

• Holder of HKCEE / HKDSE or above

• Minimum 7 years’ working experience with at least 3 years in supervisory level

• Experience in large-sized mall or hotel cleaning service management is preferred

Personal skills you excel

• Good management and interpersonal skills

• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Putonghua

• Proficient in common PC software and tech applications
