Requirements

• RSA and RSG (Gaming) certification; TAB certification (required)
• 3–5 years’ hospitality management experience (essential)
• Strong leadership skills with experience supervising teams
• Competent with Microsoft Office; intermediate Excel skills including formulas
• Australian citizenship (essential)
• Reliable, organised and confident in a fast-paced venue environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy licensed community club
• Supervise, support and coordinate staff to ensure smooth service delivery
• Maintain high standards of customer service, compliance and venue presentation
• Assist with rostering and operational handovers across a rotating roster
• Support gaming/TAB operations and uphold responsible service requirements
• Handle customer issues calmly and professionally and escalate where required
