Duty Manager – Veeno Italian Wine Bar & Restaurant

Northallerton | £13–£14 per hour depending on experience

Start: Week commencing 21 September 2026 | Opening: Following week

WE'RE BRINGING A LITTLE BIT OF SICILY TO NORTHALLERTON!

Veeno was born from a love of Sicily, Italian wine, great food and bringing people together.

Inspired by the Italian tradition of aperitivo, we combine wines from our family's Sicilian vineyards with authentic Italian food to create a relaxed, fun and welcoming experience.

Now, we're opening a brand-new Veeno in Northallerton — and we're looking for an energetic and ambitious Duty Manager to be part of the journey from day one.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You'll join us before opening, helping build the team, prepare the restaurant and set the standards for our new venue.

You'll be responsible for:

Leading and motivating the team

Delivering an outstanding guest experience

Maintaining high food, wine and service standards

Supporting training and team development

Managing opening and closing procedures

Maintaining health, safety and hygiene standards

Leading from the front and getting stuck in

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Someone with hospitality experience who is confident, positive, energetic and passionate about people.

You don't need to be a wine expert — we'll teach you the wine! What we need is great leadership, personality and the desire to make Veeno Northallerton a success.
