Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery

• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Coordinate with departments to maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall facility presentation
• Monitor and manage reservations, walk-ins, and event bookings to optimize occupancy levels
• Conduct regular staff training on customer service protocols, safety procedures, and operational policies
• Oversee incident management, ensuring prompt resolution and proper documentation of any issues

Qualifications

• Proven experience in management within the hospitality or service industry
• Strong understanding of guest services principles and best practices
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team
• Ability to handle challenging situations with tact, positivity, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
