About you:

• Team leadership – the ability to manage, support and coach the team alongside the current manager and under experienced owners
• Collaborate in a team focused environment
• A can-do positive attitude with a genuine passion for good customer service and hospitality
• Handle a fast-paced environment with ease and stay calm under pressure
• Must comply with NZ rules and regulations for The Sale and Supply of Alcohol, Food Hygiene Safety and Sanitation
• Good Knowledge of the English language written and spoken as this is a customer facing role
• A current General Manager Certificate
• Solid hospitality experience
• Be available to work a flexible roster, including evenings and weekends
