Duty Manager

We are recruiting for an addition to our Management team

The Halfway House is busy and vibrant venue with a team that is always looking to produce the very highest standards of service. The Duty Manager would be expected to assist in the day to day running of a busy venue while keeping our service standards and the standards of all our products as high as possible, whilst identifying areas that require improvement.

We welcome all applications from current Restaurant or Bar Duty Managers who are looking to work in a diverse venue that is hoping to expand and get bigger and better or Restaurant or Bar Supervisors who are looking to take the next step in their hospitality career.

* Experience must have been in a busy restaurant or bar environment
* You must have a passion for food, drinks & our industry
* Work well in a team & be able to communicate clearly

* Be able to lead a team on busy nights and ensure customers are happy

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
