We’re looking for an energetic and experienced Duty Manager to join our front-of-house team at the Gold Coast Lawn Bowls Club. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, supporting our members and guests, and helping drive our marketing and service excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading from the front — delivering outstanding customer service and setting the tone for a positive, professional atmosphere.
• Opening and closing the venue when required, ensuring all procedures are followed and compliance standards met.
• Overseeing gaming operations and compliance — attention to detail and integrity are a must.
• Supporting marketing activities and events to help promote the venue and enhance member engagement.
• Working both independently and as part of a supportive, hands-on team.

• Proven experience in a Duty Manager or senior hospitality role.
• Current RSA and RSG, with strong knowledge of gaming compliance.
