  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally

  • Maintain a strong floor presence and lead from the front during peak trade periods

  • Work collaboratively with venue leadership to support overall business performance

About You:

  • Experience across food & beverage and gaming operations

  • Strong understanding of NSW gaming compliance and liquor licensing requirements

• Valid NSW RSA and RCG Competency Cards

  • Proven ability to lead teams within fast-paced hospitality environments

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills

  • Hands-on leadership style with a strong operational focus

  • Highly organised with excellent problem-solving skills

  • Professional presentation and positive attitude

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and public holidays

• Full Australian working rights (sponsorship not available for this role)

Benefits:

  • Career development opportunities across a growing hospitality group

  • Internal and external training opportunities
