The role

We're looking for a hands-on Duty Manager to help run the venue floor and lead from the front during service. You'll be the person who keeps the night running smoothly — looking after guests, supporting the team, and making sure every booking leaves wanting to come back. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a new site early and grow with it.

What you'll be doing

• Running the floor during service and taking ownership of the venue as duty manager
• Leading, motivating and supporting the bar, floor and kitchen teams through busy sessions
• Delivering outstanding guest experiences and handling any issues calmly and professionally
• Managing the interactive darts bookings and turning tables efficiently to hit covers
• Overseeing bar and cocktail standards, speed of service and product quality
• Cashing up, running the EPOS, and completing opening/closing and cash-handling procedures
• Upholding all licensing, health & safety and food hygiene standards
• Helping recruit, train and develop the team

What we're looking for

• Previous supervisory or management experience in a bar, restaurant or high-volume hospitality venue
• A natural leader who thrives on a busy floor and stays composed under pressure
• Strong guest-service instincts and genuine warmth with people
• Confidence with cash handling, EPOS/till systems and end-of-night reconciliation
• Good knowledge of drinks and cocktails (or the enthusiasm to learn fast)
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and peak periods
• Personal Licence holder is a must

Pay: £14.00-£18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
