What they need
About the role
Lead one shift, including people, service and on-floor issues.
Key responsibilities
- Open the shift and assign stations
- Check service, display, cashiering and hygiene
- Handle routine complaints, refunds and cash variances
- Support front-of-house stations during peak periods
- Complete handover and shift records
About you
- At least 2 years of shift-leading experience in F&B or retail
- GCE O-Level education
- Hospitality Services field of study
- Able to use both English and Mandarin for workplace communication and customer service
- Shift leadership, customer service, POS, cash, queue management, handover skills
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
