Duty Manager

The Duty Manager is responsible for overseeing the hotel’s daily operations during the assigned shift, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery, guest satisfaction, and compliance with Mercure and Accor standards. The position serves as the management representative on duty and coordinates closely with all operating departments to address operational concerns, resolve guest issues, and ensure business continuity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 3–5 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably with supervisory or management experience in Front Office or Rooms Division.

• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, guest service, and service recovery.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to make sound decisions independently, particularly during emergency or high-pressure situations.

• Customer-focused, professional, and highly organized.

• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and extended hours when operationally required.

Pay: Php27,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
