Duty Manager

Job Summary

The Duty Manager oversees the smooth operation of the hotel during assigned shifts, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and high service standards. The role acts as the management representative on duty, coordinates with all departments, and handles guest and operational matters effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Act as the management representative on duty and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with all departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
• Monitor service standards, guest areas, and operational procedures.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and operational issues.
• Support VIP arrivals, special requests, and key guest activities.
• Coach and support colleagues to maintain service excellence.
• Ensure proper shift handover and communication with the management team.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant hotel experience, preferably in a luxury hotel.
• Previous supervisory or Duty Manager experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work under pressure and make effective decisions.
• This position is open to Thai nationals only.
