Four Hundred is North Sydney's favourite Mexican bar — killer margaritas, bold Latin flavours, and a rooftop perch above Greenwood Plaza that puts you firmly out of office mode. This is a brilliant opportunity for a talented supervisor ready to take that next step into management — build your leadership skills across a vibrant season, and come up swinging when summer rolls back around.

What you'll be doing

• Running smooth, high-energy shifts from open to close
• Leading and supporting the floor team to deliver exceptional service
• Overseeing daily operations — cash management, opening/closing
  procedures, stock control
• Ensuring compliance with RSA, liquor licensing, and WHS requirements
• Being the go-to person when things need problem-solving (and in hospo, they always do)
• Working closely with the Venue Manager to drive standards and team culture

What we're looking for

• Previous supervisory or team leader experience, ideally in an à la carte
  restaurant or pub environment
• Current NSW RSA (mandatory)
• A natural leader who brings energy and positivity to every shift
• Someone who genuinely loves hospitality and takes pride in great service
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to stay cool under pressure
• Availability Tues–Sat is ideal, approx. 25 hours available
