Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily mall operations, ensuring seamless service delivery across all departments
• Oversee guest services to guarantee a positive and memorable experience for every visitor
• Manage staff schedules, assign duties, and provide coaching to maintain high performance levels
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Coordinate with human resources on staff training, development, and performance evaluations
• Monitor safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Support the management team in implementing hotel policies and achieving operational goals

Qualifications

• Proven supervising experience within the hospitality industry or hotel environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire diverse teams
• Excellent guest service skills with a passion for creating welcoming atmospheres
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively
• Previous experience in human resources or staff management is advantageous
• Knowledge of hotel operations, customer service standards, and hospitality best practices
• Demonstrated ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and tact
