Duty Manager

Kays Group Investments Limited is committed to providing quality hospitality and efficient service and is seeking reliable Duty Managers to join its team in the Auckland region. These key roles are responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining high standards across the business. The ideal candidates will be proactive, reliable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Manager with the day-to-day operation and smooth running of the premises.
• Providing friendly, helpful, and professional customer service.
• Assisting with arranging products and maintaining neat and well-presented displays.
• Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering products when required.
• Assisting with promotions, advertising, and special offers.
• Maintaining the premises in a clean, tidy, and presentable condition.
• Assisting with cash handling and following workplace health and safety procedures.
• Supporting marketing activities, advertising, and promotional initiatives.
• Contributing to company KPIs and achieving sales targets.
• Following company policies and procedures and assisting with compliance with relevant alcohol sale requirements.

Required to work for a minimum of 30 hours per week and will be paid between $25 to $30 per hour.

Other Requirements:

• Relevant work experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Licence Controller Qualification (LCQ) is required.
• A Manager’s Certificate is preferred.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
