What they need
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY
Manage daily cinema operations and supervise staff.
Ensure employee discipline, punctuality, grooming, and uniform compliance.
Maintain auditorium cleanliness and readiness before every show.
Handle customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
Monitor ticketing, food and beverage sales, and inventory.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety rules, and SOPs.
Monitor cash handling and daily operational reports.
Coordinate with the Centre Manager to resolve operational issues.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
