Duty Manager

The Top House Pub & Kitchen is looking for an experienced and motivated Fulltime Duty Manager to to join the team. The successful candidate will have a ‘can do’ attitude to join the team to assist in the smooth running of the business on a day to day basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Staff training and mentoring
• Stock control
• Opening/ Closing of the business
• Attention to detail
• Cash handling and reconciliation
• Customer care
• Communicating with all departments within the business to ensure the smooth running of the business.
• Maintain standards
• Use of own initiative
• Health & Safety

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Duty Manager (2 -3 years of experience as a Duty Manager or in a similar role)
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Knowledge of cocktails, beverages, and bar operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: Up to €48,000.00 per year
