- Is organised, reliable and able to use their own initiative.
- Enjoys working with people and is confident leading and supporting a team.
- Has excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Takes pride in creating a positive experience for customers and visitors.
- Understands the importance of health & safety, safeguarding and emergency procedures.
Previous experience in a customer-facing, hospitality, leisure, events, venue or theatre environment would be an advantage, as would experience supervising or supporting staff or volunteers.

As a casual, zero-hours position, the role offers flexibility, with shifts available according to the needs of the theatre and your availability. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied working environment, meeting new people and being part of live events.
If you’re a calm and capable team player who loves making sure things run smoothly and you’d like to be part of the team at The Albany Theatre – we’d love to hear from you.
