We are now looking for Duty Managers to help lead the way in delivering exceptional guest service, unforgettable experiences, and the finest food & drinks around.

You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the venue, leading from the front, supporting and developing team members, and ensuring our high standards of service are consistently delivered. Tasks include all aspects of Food & Beverage service, event set up, waiting tables, serving food & beverages and delivering memorable guest experiences. You will be responsible for your team, ensuring they have all received the appropriate training to succeed in their roles. You will be the leader of the shift, driving sales incentives, ensuring checklists are being complete and sharing your food & beverage knowledge.

You are the point of call for your team and our guests.

Wage range $30.00 - $33.00 depending on experience and a minimum guarantee of 30 hours per week.

As a 7 day a week venue, you will need to be available to work nights and weekends. With career progression encouraged these roles will take a high level of commitment and drive.
